This is a repair shop you can trust, and is reasonably priced. They are top notch, and have the right equipment to troubleshoot the most complex issues. They have very skilled technicians. They will explain to you the reason for the repair and show you why it is needed before proceeding. Oscar the owner is honest and straight forward. Larry the technician is awesome, work is completed correctly and professionally. At the front desk is Rosie, she keeps you informed of all actions taken and cost. They will do everything to ensure you vehicle is repaired properly and ready to go down the road. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a fair trustworthy auto repair shop, and reasonably priced.
The young lady that answers the phone for this company she's disrespectful and rude she has no customer service at all you can't just speak to a customer that's trying to get their car told and fix think of that then and then hangs up the phone on a customer that was so rude of her, this lady that’s riding with this review. She’s a big liar. I never cursed at her or anything. I told her I wasn’t a mechanic cause she kept asking what is wrong with it. If you diagnosed like she said they have to do. You shouldn’t have to ask me what’s wrong with the vehicle I never said a mechanic fix shop fix my truck at all. I see why you all have bad reviews because of her. LISTEN! Mrs. Rosie & Mrs. Tina are the TRUTH. They know how to work well with Carshield....which can be a long process all in itself. THEY definitely fought for me! So thats just a testament that they truly fight for their customers!!!! They are now my go-to mechanics for all my car needs. I already recommended them to a co-worker. I moved here back in 2021 and I'm glad I've found a dependable spot that don't try to run up the bill. They are HONEST, which I really appreciate. They understand that the everyday person do not have the money to drop on car needs like that at any given moment and they do not make you feel less than because of it. I’m under a warranty with an $500 deductible and they called and told me that I had to pay them something for the serpentine belt before they can file the warranty. She claims the warranty belt wouldn’t be covered under warranty anyway. She said my car wouldn’t move because the belt was destroyed. I said, “that’s incorrect, my car can indeed drive.” So I ended up paying $700 out of pocket when my deductible was only $500. They didn’t reassemble what was taken apart in the trunk so I had to figure it out myself. They did fix my car however, so thanks.
Please do not go to this company for ANY AC System repairs. 1 Star is far too many for the experience I've had the last 3 days. Negative 1 million is more appropriate. I took my car to them bc my AC stopped blowing cold air. They completed a diagnostic test which included a dye test to determine if my AC system had any leaks and if so it would tell them the location of the leak/leaks.. They confirmed that my condenser was leaking. I have the invoice listing the problem found during testing. In the process of installing the condenser they damaged an AC line causing it to leak. Please keep in mind that there weren't any leaks in the AC lines prior. If so, that would have been determined when the dye test was completed. I have spoken to 3 AC mechanics that verified this for me. They insisted
