F & L Tire and Service

For about the past 25 years, my wife and I have been taking our cars to F and L Tire for trusted routine maintenance and repairs.  I know the owners, Frank and Kristy, and their technicians to be honest, friendly, knowledgeable professionals.  On their web page, they have money saving coupons for inspections, maintenance and tires.  Over the years, I always had great service and peace of mind that maintenance and repairs were done right.  if you are looking to take your vehicle to a non-dealer, I highly recommend F and L.

Unbelievably rude and unhelpful. First, the lady that works the desk is obnoxious and has regular fights with staff and on the phone. If you wait for your car you will have to listen to her. More importantly, about 6 months ago I brought the car in to have my snow tires mounted, and I asked them to look into the check engine light, which I knew was related to the catalytic converter (as it has been coming on intermittently and I had had it checked at the dealership). They sent me away and and said I did not yet need to have the cat replace since it was intermittent. Today I brought in for inspection, and failed for the emissions (of course!). They denied what they had said to me previously, even though I remember it clear as day because I was very disappointed. I figured they would rememb

I came to this shop to get new tires and TPMS sensors installed on my car. The team did a great job with the tire installation—fast, clean, and professional. However, they were not able to reprogram the TPMS sensors, saying there was an error they couldn’t figure out. Later, I took my car to another shop, and they discovered the issue was due to the sensors being programmed at the wrong frequency. Once that was corrected, everything worked fine. So while the tire service was excellent, I was a bit disappointed that the TPMS issue wasn’t properly diagnosed. I’d still recommend them for tires, but maybe not for sensor programming unless they improve that part of their service.

My family has been going here for probably a decade or two now as our primary mechanic. I’ve never had a reason to not trust them. From what I can tell, they are owned and run by family and I’ve been working with the same people for years. If you are reasonable and understanding of them, the easier it is for them to work with you. Prices seem fair and most importantly, you leave with the peace of mind knowing that you received honest and thorough advice/work. Moreover, they are willing to give you advice when it comes to maintaining a car versus finding something else and will look out for your best interest.

This is by far not cyber bullying. Your customer service was awful. You had an instant attitude as soon as you had to stand up & do your job. I did not expect anything to be dropped for me. I was in route to NY & all you were worried about was the time you closed. You said it several times, we close at 5 pm. You my friend have several bad reviews because it is the absolute truth but have yourself a great day. Terrible customer service from the front desk woman. It took Mavis all of 2 minutes to take care of my car. You were willing to jeopardize my safety & other drivers safety for a 2 minute job. You should remove Good Year from your door if you are not willing to help in an emergency. The manager from my Good Year in Vineland NJ even told you what to do yet all you were thinking about wa
