Fabulous Freddy’s

Paid $19 for a VIP car wash and was not disappointed. My car desperately needed a wash and we came to the right place. Customer service was great, staff is friendly and professional. I love the complimentary air freshener. New car smell is my favorite. I want more to have for my car.

I received the best carwash at Fabulous Freddy's on Craig Road today! My car looks brand new! The two gentlemen who worked on it were very polite, thorough, and attentive to my wishes.

Absolutely horrible experience! I should’ve known better than to waste my money here after reading the reviews. I’ve been to this location three times, and every single time, the service has been nothing short of a disaster. I’ve gotten better service from random guys working out of empty lots! $45 plus a tip, and they can’t even vacuum the seats, clean the dashboard, or avoid leaving blobs of product all over the tires? Are you kidding me? This is beyond unacceptable! I’ll be calling for a refund because this so-called “service” was a complete rip-off.

Terrible job went Friday for the vip wash it took them less than 7 minutes to finish the whole car and I seen why. Open door water still on side panel all doors. Doors had not been washed down dust still on dashboard. I see why I stop going there later on I seen windows in back still had prints. Didn’t vacuum under one seat. I would give it zero stars.

I went into the Craig location this afternoon too get the inside and outside for my jag. I been here before had no issues before . Until today I sat down brought some food because I figured it will be a min to get a clean car. I wasn’t even done with my food and they said they were done. I walked over to my car and the car was not vacuumed. Seats weren’t wiped down and I said something too the two young men and they said you didn’t pay enough you need too pay for a detail. I said excuse me I paid for inside and outside plus gave a tip. I was offended! I asked for the manger (Anthony ) came over and looked at the job and seen exactly what seen. He went over and beyond too make sure the car was cleaned !! He personally did the car himself and apologized too me. His service he did was excelle
