“Fixed” my car about a year ago and left out a major dent that he neglected to add to the original estimate and expected me to pay the difference to fix it (car was fixed with a check for the amount he made the estimate for). Explained that a part of the fender that was bent and would need to be replaced. This damage was a result of the accident and one of the biggest visible signs of damage. How it was overlooked in the estimate I WATCHED happen I am completely unsure. Due to poor handwriting I couldn’t even interpret what he wrote down in the estimate to avoid this. I’m writing this a year later as I learn of more damage underneath the car from the accident that should’ve been solved here a year ago.

A good amount of imperfections on the car and also had overspray on my rims. For the price it is good. U get what u pay for. It's worth it if you want to go cheap. Dropped it off Monday and picked it up Friday so it didn't take to long.

I have never had any issues with fact-o-bake. I've always gotten a two stage paint job and have had great results with the job. Depending on how busy they are can determine how long it takes. Usually 4-5 business days of waiting until completion on smaller vehicles.
