Factory Auto Glass

I had a great experience with this Factory Auto Glass . I called and they were able to come out and replace my windshield the very next day. The entire process was easy, quick, and completely hassle free. Everyone I spoke to at the office was very friendly and helpful. The technician, Nate, was professional, informative, and got the job done quickly. He made everything simple and stress free. Job well done. I highly recommend them!

WOW! I was amazed! I called them Monday, they showed up Wednesday and they were here on time, were pleasant, answered questions and did the job in 1.5 hours, even moving my toll pass to my new windshield, calibrating the camera associated with my driving safety system and moving my dashcam (for recording purposes) over, also. I was amazed. I thought it would take hours (at least three), but Adam and Donavan were a great team, did the job fast and well and told me they have a lifetime warranty on their work! I can't ask for anything better! Bonus: they accepted my insurance! Excellent! I recommend them to the moon and beyond (not back, because that's kind of rescinding it)! Get these two (Adam and Donavan) to come fix your windshield. You won't regret it! Give them a raise!

I stopped by to have the techs look at my back glass in my truck because I had a leak somewhere and they ended up resealing my third break light in 15 min. They were so nice and helpful I wish I had found this place before I got my windshield replaced by Safelite a few months ago. Definitely will return for any future glass repair & a good reminder to use small businesses

Got my windshield replaced a bit ago and these guys did awesome job, especially with moving all my stickers over. The first go around the glass came broke, so it only took an extra day but it was still pretty fast all things considered. Not too expensive either.

My installer was Carlos. He replaced the windshield on my Tacoma. He did a fantastic job. He was very professional and timely to the appointment. He communication skills were exceptional, and he kept me updated before, during, and after the appointment. Far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend anyone to use Factory Auto Glass over Safelite every single time!
