I contacted them on Monday, they showed up on Wednesday, on time and did the windshield. They were fast (1.5 hours), when I was expecting 3 hours. Adam and Donavan were nice, did a great job -- even moving our toll pass to the new windshield and recalibrating our car's safety camera, and my recording camera -- and cleaned the new windshield well before they gave me back the keys. I was flabbergasted! Really great job. Really fast. So pleased that my insurance company recommended them! I highly recommend this company -- specifically Adam and Donavan. Call and get them to do your windshield. They do a great job!

Amazing people, did a great job. My tech was Damien. Not only did the windshield look great, but they had amazing attention to detail. Had all the broken glass and other debris, which wasn’t even from the windshield replacement, cleaned up and even fixed up my broken rear view, which I had expected to need to do myself. Looked even better than it did fresh off the production line.

In a panic, I called Factory Auto Glass after issues with another company. They quoted me a fair price and worked me onto their route for the next day. Michael and Donovan arrived and walked me through the process. They were professional, communicative, and timely. I really appreciate that the service is mobile and they came to my home. The price I paid was exactly what I was quoted on the phone. I hope I never have to call again, but I will absolutely be recommending this company to everyone who needs it.

These guys do great work I definitely recommend them. They came to my house and had my quarter glass replaced in minutes!!

These guys are great! My husband used them for a windshield leak repair and I just had them replace my windshield from a rock. They are kind, efficient, and friendly! I highly recommend anyone in the St Simons Island area and surrounding areas to reach out!
