Highly recommend Tom Neil shop in waycross. Luke the shop manager is a very knowledgeable and honest man with integrity. Had a wiring issue on my truck had 2 mechanics try and figure it out. One diagnosed my truck as having a bad sam module. Well took it to tom Neil to change and program only to find out that was not the issue. Luke and his team did their own diagnosis and found out it was only a broke wire and ran me a new wire. Saved me hundreds of dollars and got me rolling in no time. Highly recommend this shop. Also get the parts you need here every time from the parts department.

Took my Freightliner in for service. They were very courteous and on point. Kept me updated, made sure I got to and from the hotel. They took care of me. Small lot, so trailers can be an issue. But otherwise, no complaints.

I have been Driving iver 25 years drove inly Freightliner trucks been in houndreds dealership . Comming to this Shop gave me hope there is none like it the service Manager don’t let u feel like just another driver but let u feel like some ine that matters honest humble kind beyond Professional. The facility might not be large but it feels like home clean and smell like you are stepping into your living room. Would I go back there yes a million times iver. I went in for a routine PM service on my 2018 Peterbilt it was getting late in the day and he was short handed but he got me in and did everything he could to get me taken care of. Luke in the service department was absolutely awesome if everyone had people like him working in there shops having work done would be such a better experience. Tom Nehl you guys have a good man right there and he should be very appreciated for the job he does and be recognized for his professionalism!
