DO NOT TRUST JAVIER WITH YOUR CAR !! ** NOTE** JAVIER HIMSELF TOLD ME THAT HIM AND HIS FRIENDS POST POSITIVE REVIEWS FOR EACH OTHER (GAME TIME PDR, FATHER AND SON DIESEL REPAIR & FACTORY FINISH) Because of the bad reviews they have been getting and loosing stars on reviews** In May 2024 my car got mild hail damage I took it in to have it fixed for the dents from the picture attached what was supposed to be 1 week has turned in 9 months already without my car. During the first 2 1/2 months I kept getting the runaround about my hood and then having ordering the wrong hood. Turns out that my car had been actually stolen by one of their associates and they were all covering for him this associate of theirs caused additional damage to may car damaging additional body damage, the breaks and the

Worst experience ever.. My hood does not open unless you have 2 people.. One of the main issues (I paid for)..still has not been resolved ... And when spoke about it's someone blaming it on someone else. But still not showing consideration that it was still someone part of there team that messed up.very nonchalant.. There is no accountability.. at all!!! and I feel cause I paid out of pocket.. I didn't get the same quality of work cause it was not insurance... There not trustworthy.. there not truthful about anything.. And there communication is absolutely terrible.. I purchased brand new pieces and they were damaged during install.. paint is chipping already.. hood was never aligned and I feel they don't care cause I've already paid.. Just fix my issues, and I will never give my business

Taron and his crew were so helpful and explained everything to me. They were able to squeeze us in last minute and gave us the estimate for our truck. Unfortunately we had to go a different route but I would 100% recommended them and if needed in the future I will for sure go with Factory Finish

Taron saw my truck and loved it but then saw the scratches and knew it needed some attention. I’ve been waiting to get these scratches on my truck some close to 3ft in length out and Taron and his crew absolutely killed it. My truck looks 100 times better and now I’m not embarrassed pulling up with scratches on a new truck. Would highly recommend anyone to come here for anything that might need to be done to your vehicle. Will 100 percent be taking my truck back here for any needs

Factory Finish Auto Body, I have to say is the most responsive, reliable, honest, reasonable auto shop there is. They are very friendly and work quickly to get your car fixed and back to you. The absolute best in Denver!!!!
