I had an amazing experience with Factory Finish Collision Center! From the moment I walked in, Dora greeted me and took care of everything so efficiently and very knowledgeable. The prices were cheaper than other places and more professional. When I picked up my car it was beautifully detailed inside and out. The work done on my car exceeded my expectations and I will only use Factory Finish in the future! They are amazing and I highly recommend them!

After getting into an accident, the Subaru dealership recommended I take my suv to Factory Finish for the repairs. From start to finish, working with the people here was phenomenal! Dora at the front was super sweet & helpful each time I called. Shane was in charge of my car and always answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I would 100% go back if I ever need anything in the future. Thank y’all SO much for making my Subaru look as good as new!

I’m not gonna lie with the extensive damage to my car. I genuinely thought that it would be a long drawn out month and a half process and I was a little skeptical when my salesman, Jim Haas from Hiley Acura on Beach Street gave me the recommendation to go to them. And when I pulled up there, I was nervous, but then I sat down and talked with Matt and he was very comfortable very professional, respectful and honest with me and had great communication and I just want to personally say thank you And give a shout out to him and all of the Acura certified technicians that helped with my car and getting it done and in spectacular timing. I can't say it was fast... BUT finally the end result was back to factory!! Thanks the the fantastic communication from Dora the process was as painless as possible, and her patience with me was unbelievable! Having a newer car, the parts were hard to find, she did ALL the headache work of dealing with the insurance company and when I wasn't happy, she went back to them and fought for me to make it right!!! Dora you have a customer for life! I can't begin to thank you enough for caring for my car AND FOR MY FAMILY'S WELL-BEING in the meantime! God bless you and yours!
