I want to give a special thank you to Francisco and his team. My Kia Forte was damaged pretty bad and needed repair. Fortunately, I was able to get a reliable tow service taken to the shop where Jesus provide great service and broke down task needed to complete the job. They were able to find new parts and fix my car. Thanks once again to everyone in Factory Finish and another thank you to Steven for helping me with the tow to the body shop. I appreciate y'all greatly for the tremendous service you were able to give me.

Francisco and his TEAM did an awesome job on the repair of our camper van! He always answered his phone when I needed to call and delivered the van to me on time. One minor adjustment was needed on the original estimate with insurance which was quickly taken care of. Quality of the job was excellent. I had my 1999 Ford Lightning rear ended in October last year. I was recommended to take it to Factory Finish in Orlando. I am very happy I did because they did a great job with my repairs. I recommend this place. The people are professional and accommodating to their customers. Thank you Francisco and crew for a great job.

🚨 Warning: Do NOT trust this company with your vehicle! This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a repair shop. I was first solicited to bring my vehicle to this shop by their tow truck driver that they do business with after being in an accident in a construction zone. They left bolts off my brakes, took my new tire and replaced it with a used one, and did a horrible job repairing my car’s suspension. I’ve had to bring my car back multiple times because of their poor and careless work. Two days after getting my car back, my brakes almost came loose on I-4 — with my 5-year-old in the back seat. That could have ended tragically. Please, please check your vehicle thoroughly after any service from this company. Their negligence put my family’s safety at serious risk. I

Factory Finish has made my car back to life. Great customer service and great customer care. They took care of my car after an accident and brought back to new just like the first day I bought. 10/10 highly recommended to family and friends
