I always call this place whenever I need new brakes or any car parts. The lady with the blonde hair is always super nice and professional. She helps me out and gives me advice whenever I ask. Really great place to go. I will keep returning to this location.

The customer service for this location is awful, I always have delt with the Aberdeen location and everyone was friendly and fast with getting my needs. This location the lady that answers the phone has a nasty attitude and then we had to wait forever to get our parts. I called thinking I was calling Aberdeen but they closed that location without telling thier customers and all the calls are forwarded to Abingdon and they don't tell you that when you call
