Do not do business with this company!!! . I bought a doorman cooling fans assembly from Factory Motor Parts and I had to replace it three times. I asked for a labor claim to be done by our sales rep Jeremy Lacava and he emailed me back and said your claim was denied because you do not spend enough money . Tom Harmon the sales manager told me the same thing , Our company does not do enough sales with them to give me a labor claim. Imagine if you told one of your customers that you will not take care of them because they do not spend enough money with you, You would not have any customers, let alone a job. I plan on filing a better business bureau complaint against them as well. Buy your parts at South County Auto Parts or Al's Auto Parts
