I recently visited this shop and was blown away by how friendly everyone was. The mechanic was not only very knowledgeable but also genuinely nice. Finding a good, honest, and reliable mechanic can be challenging; especially as a woman, since some people may try to take advantage. This was the first time I truly felt I wasn’t being misled. I look forward to returning here for all my future auto repairs and will happily recommend this shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic!

DAVID AND HIS FAMILY ARE GOLDEN! I have a very close friend that runs a homeless charity in Jacksonville. She gives her all, both in time and expense, to help the homeless and drug addiction and is a senior citizen. She had a little mishap, leaving the charity recently and damaged her right rear quarter panel and wheel well on her beautiful Lincoln Continental. She was heartbroken and did not want it on her insurance and also did not have the funds to pay for repairs of that magnitude. I told her I would help and started to Google body shops that were "faith" driven. That is when I came upon Faith Automotive Body Shop. I spoke with the manager; his name is David. He listened to my plea to help this wonderful lady, and he said to bring it in the following week, and they would take a look

I'm so glad I was sent there for my car repairs. They are very honest and reasonably priced. They have great customer service, so very nice and respectful! They will be the only place I take my car from now on.

So I have been going here for YEARS and the times I have strayed and went to another mechanic I have deeply regretted it. They are honest, patient, detailed , extremely kind and fair. For me it all started with convenience because I can walk from my house and drop it off and walk back but it has absolutely turned into a reliable source for to my car issues to be repaired in confidence . I cannot recommend them enough. Just great people .
