My RAM 1500 was damaged by another vehicle that unfortunately was hit in the parking lot. My Auto Insurance recommended Faith Quality Auto Body repair shop. Upon arriving after setting up an appointment, I was seen immediately by one of their representatives Adrian who was very friendly. He took the necessary photos and steps in order to start repairs. The technicians there were able to repair the damage in an expeditious manner. Roger who was very friendly and very helpful as well, (my repair rep.) kept me informed all the way. When I received my RAM 1500 the damge was not only repaired, but my vehicle looked great 👍. Kindness during a bad situation. I was driving home on Interstate 15, in the toll road lane and within site of Cajalco. I was stopped in traffic, when all of a sudden I was struck from the rear. I sustained a concussion and whiplash. The next day I arrived at Faith Quality Auto Body. I was greeted by Melissa, who was very kind and helpful. I was a little cloudy still and Melissa helped me through the process of signing paperwork. I had questions and Melissa was very patient.
