Falbo's Tire & Auto Center

The staff always courteous I feel comfortable going to this auto center. They were close to closing time and my car really needed an oil change although they were extremely busy I was accommodated close to an hour before closing. This was a Saturday and for them to accommodate me that late without an appointment says a lot.my emissions test was the only thing I did here but now they will have all my repairs or service needs . After working on my car the gentleman thanked me for my business multiple times and that says a lot about his/their character

Great group of guys. Honestly refreshing to deal with a mechanic shop where everyone is friendly, easy to talk to . You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work, and that’s ultimately why I will come back. They get the job done right, do it efficiently, and never feel rushed. Clean shop, quality work, and good people. Really glad to have a place like this nearby and to know they’re there if any car issues come up

STAY FAR AWAY! I brought my truck here with 3 things needed to be fixed I told them what I needed repaired but they insisted it was something else (referring to one of the three items) but less work & same price. After paying for my truck to be diagnosed they told me it would be around 3800 which I negotiated down to 3k-3200 with cheaper parts. They said the truck will take 3 days they had it for 10 days. Along with that throughout that time they would call and say this and that neeeded to be replaced so we are now at $4800-$4900 after I was expecting a 3k bill & when they said the truck is ready I went to get it and paid etc I then took it for a 15-25 min drive because they were suppose to fix the heat, I realized the heat was not working on my driver side still and they said can you leav

Dan and Cole were able to quickly repair my truck after I spent months chasing down electrical issues. My only regret is not bringing it to Falbo's sooner. I would have saved a lot of money and time from trying to do it myself. I'll definitely be back for my next service. -Edited for spelling

The folks at Falbo's are the real deal! If I could give more stars I would. My car broke down in the middle of the night and needed towed. I chose here to see if it was totaled or fixable (within reason), and they gave a thorough and timely assessment. When it was determined to be totaled, they even gave me a ride home nearby so I could get my stuff out of the car, and gave recommendations for junker services. Dan especially was so incredibly helpful and kind on what had already been such a freezing stressful day, explaining what happened with the car and giving me time and options for how to move forward. I felt so taken care of, and am truly so full of appreciation!
