Me and my buddy have been customers of Seymour Auto for quite a while. Weve both junked a couple cars with them and the people in the office were always helpful and gave us a great deal for them. Weve also bought and picked up parts from their warehouse in Ansonia a bunch of times for the trucks and cars we work on then sell. Always dealt with Joe when we went. He was very knowledgeable and we had some great conversations too. However, a few months ago he left and a young girl started working there. I think her name is Lisa or something. She’s definitely not as people friendly as Joe was. Doesn’t seem like she likes being there. We’ve dealt with the two other guys that work there too a couple times. They're like Joe was. I shattered the right passenger door mirror backing out of our garage yesterday. I contacted Seymour Auto Wrecking Inc & they found me one within hours. Hunter did an amazing job removing our 2001 Chevrolet Impala from our property. He was very professional and very patient with our questions. He took great care of loading the vehicle onto the truck with ease. The paperwork process was very smooth and efficient.
