Very professional, Jason the driver was great and I won't call anyone else. They helped get my truck to its destination for a great cause multiple times and on time. I also want to thank Kevin for setting everything up. Great team they have

Stranded in the snow after driving over a pot hole in Wilkes-Barre, my first tow company cancelled on me after I waited 3 hours. At 1:30 p.m., I was rerouted to Falzone towing. Initially, they were scheduled to help me between 4:15 and 4:45 p.m. I explained to them the situation that I had a flat tire in the morning, and had already waited hours for the first truck, but my battery (Tesla in 15 degree weather) would likely run out of battery by 4 p.m., especially if I ran the heat. Despite them having to deal with multiple accidents they were towing, they still came and got me within the hour. (I'm so lucky they were able to get to me sooner than scheduled). The technician also had me wait in the warmth of his car (to make sure I wasn't cold) while he worked in the cold to move the car

If I could give this company 10 stars I would, they were very fast to come and tow my truck and the guys they sent were very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely calling again if I ever break down again.

Jason and Chris were excellent and professional. Even with a bit of a hiccup during the transport of my semi tractor these guys were by far excellent and know exactly what to do. Definitely am happy with the service they provided for me. Keep up the great work guys
