I bought a car from family auto and only had it a couple of months and it stayed in the shop most of the time I had it to only be told nothing was wrong with it. It was a lemon from the get go. Took my parents there recently and they would not even tell them the price. It was a very confusing experience. They gave them a thousand dollars and when they ask for it back, it was thrown at them. Never will dart the lot of family auto again. How they stay in business I don't know. Happy ending for my parents today they bought a very nice car with no confusion.

We called about a vehicle and the person who answered said that it was between 10k-12k. Pretty big range! We told him we were going to drive over an hour to come look at it. We got there, and the vehicle wasn’t there. His response? Oh maybe we sold it. Are you kidding me? He was so nonchalant. We’d not only made the drive, we had inquired about insurance and were excited to see it. Thanks. Salesman said name was Jeremiah.

Bought a car as soon as I crank it up to pull off the lot the light came on and I immediately went back in to let them know. People are fine but car is trash so far. Been there three times in 2 months for three different problems cough shut off on me on the way there today. Wanted to take a three and a half hour drive to see my parents but each time I get my car back and think it's going to work right it doesn't.
