Family Automotive and Import speacialist

They're really nice over the phone but I called multiple occasions to set up an appointment , each time it got to the planned appointment ; I got put off to another day every each time so I attempted to give them one more chance to earn my business I called made an appointment . When it was time to take my vehicle there I called to make sure I was good to bring it , they told me they were busy and that they would call back asap, called again then I basically put off AGAIN. I understand when things are busy but to make a repetitive action like so ; kind of gives me the vibe that they don't really care about there customer service. I also had a friend tell me that he also had a poor experience with them.

I can't say enough good things about this place! We had just arrived in Owensboro from Florida, and our car broke down. Family automotive was about to close, but Jules still took the time to diagnose our car and quickly figured out what was wrong with it. As promised he fixed everything and got us running again earlier than the time he promised. Forever grateful to him for saving us.
