Got my vehicle serviced today and the experience has been great! Good part is they don’t push you to get what is not necessary. Service advisor Jarret did an amazing job. Do check for their service offers periodically.

I have not been a fan of this place since they kept trying to push a sales rep on me instead of who I wanted. Unfortunately my other half purchased a new car from there in 22, during that time it took almost 2 years to replace a defective hood. But I have finally had enough of them. She took the car in for an oil change, simple enough,not for them. They left the oil cap off. She picked up the car and drove it around and eventually home. They next day we could smell oil and raised the hood to find the oil cap had been left off. They are currently cleaning motor and adding oil to proper level. But when I showed him the picture of my driveway mess, he instructed me how I should clean it. So he is telling me how I should clean their mess up. So disrespectful, unprofessional and incompetent it

I came with high expectations and a strict budget! Jermaine Curtis and the GM “Bones” found me exactly what I was looking for and then some. And even in my price range! It was a very pleasurable and smooth experience! I highly recommend! Ask for Jermaine!!!! Thanks for my new SUV guys! I love it!!!

Came in with a limit on my budget and expressed I will not go over it. They had me test drive a car before I took it to drive it I asked how much it was they said it was in my budget. Got back to the shop just to find out it was $10,000 over my budget. Left the store and have been getting calls nonstop from them. Very dissatisfied and will never be going back to this place nor recommending it.

Absolutely garbage business never take your vehicle here, they botched my recall breaking more things than they fixed there was missing and broken hardware that Caused countless electrical gremlins and broke after market equipment such as aem boost gauge horrible customer service took going in and demanding to speak to a service center employee to get my car seen they don't answer their phones. Worst shop I've been to.
