Family Motors of Santa Maria

I purchased a Mazda6 some years ago at the Lompoc location from Alex. It was a great experience. My son purchased a Honda Civic which we still have within the family and use to this day. I recently purchased a 2017 Chevy Traverse from the lot next to their Santa Maria location and was scammed, broke down, constant problems and terrible service, ended up returning that vehicle. I should have stuck with Family Motors!!

Brought my car to Alex as a last ditch effort to seal a head gasket leak so I wouldn't have to buy a new car. Alex was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and very accommodating throughout the whole process. His expertise and special technique has me back in my car and doing road trips

Great people to do business with. Family run. I would recommend to others. Great prices for good cars. Went today, walked away same day with a great used car that I love.

I have dealt with family motors for quite a few years now and I really enjoy doing business with them. I have now purchased two cars from them one vehicle 5 years ago and the one I purchased a year ago. They have taken good care of me and my wife and I have not bought my last car from them next time I need one I will see them again. When I need a car I go there first. Why go nuts looking all over for a car when they usually have what I need. Great job doing business with you family motors!

Just paid off my car I purchased from Family Motors and my whole experience was nothing but good! The price of my car was fantastic especially for the mileage and everyone was so helpful getting me the best quote they could (my credit score wasn’t great at the time) I would encourage people reading reviews of having car problems after purchase to keep in mind these are a lot of older cars (mine was an 08) and they will need work to stay in good shape but that should be expected when buying used. Mine needed the usual 100k mile tune ups and work shortly after buying but I expected that going in and the price was well worth it! I definitely recommend this place!
