Wow, wow, wow!!! Ryan and Kim run this family owned business like they are making friends for life! We are so appreciative of all their help and knowledge in purchasing the used pickup camper they had on their lot. Kim's knowledge of paperwork and financing is nothing short of incredible, and she makes sure her customer is completely taken care of! Ryan's knowledge of all things campers is so so helpful, and he encourages you to call and use is know-how whenever you have a question. Customer service like they provide is rare these days, and we will definitely see them again when needing anything for our current camper, or looking to update in the future! We were very happy and yet nervous about going to a family run shop to have our Outdoors RV taken care of. We had issues with the solar not working, the tongue jack working incorrectly, and the batteries had died. We also wanted to get the RV in and back within two weeks. When I first called RV, Kimberly was very clear they wouldn't likely get it back to us "on time" but I could bring it if I wanted, the earlier the better. They got it all done on time. It does take a little bit to get a return call, but its a family run shop and when they do call you, they have all the details and info. We fully expected to be purchasing new batteries and have a repair on the solar, neither were true. We paid for 5 hours of labor, and Russ spent an hour talking with my husband about why the issues occ

Two months after I dropped off my camper for repair I was left with a family of mice, items missing, and double of what I was originally quoted. When I first called Kimberly told me she gets calls like this all the time. She told me she'd look at it the week after I brought it in. A month later I'm in a hotel begging them to begin work on a verbal quote that they would get my plumbing and electrical needs taken care of for 12 hours of labor. I rescued my camper for $3,400 and I don't have hot water, there are exposed ends of wires that have not been capped, spliced wires by the bundle with no explanation as to why. Let me just start by saying that this company is FAMILY RUN. Not some corporation trying to get every dime out of you. They are honest, caring, respectful, and diligent in their work. Not only are their technicians knowledgeable, but Kimberly their receptionist is too. She answered so many questions and really took the time to hear me out and listen to everything I had to say. Initially I was scared to call someone out who was just going to throw parts at our trailer cause we don’t have that kind of money. But let me tell you, I called the right place. That is not the business they are in! They are there to help, fix, replace, and be a blessing to everyone they service. I will never take my business anywhere else!!! God bless these people!
