First experience, I dropped by to see if they could take a look at a shake in my front end. Just a simple inspection and diagnosis. They asked " what do you want us to do ?" I said again I just wanted a service tech to diagnose my shake , again they asked " Well what exactly do you want us to do ?" Now a bit frustrated I said let's just do a tire balance and start there and see if there is anything loose that would cause the shake. They tell me I'd have to schedule an appointment. OK I guess thats no problem. 2 days later I come in for my appointment. I wait for my vehicle to get done and when it was finished I asked , " so what was the shake? Did you find the problem? The tech said " oh is there a problem? , we did you're rotation and you're done , I explain again why I came in and a

Traveling from VA to NE OH when my low pressure light came on and tire pressure was slowly dropping. A search on my map app brought up Family Tire & Service. Service was exceptional. The manager was accommodating.

They will only use parts from them; refused to install dealership-bought brakes and rotors. So, yeah, they lost my business, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Oh well!

Bad business practice. Couldn’t do a simple tire rotation and balance due to vehicle not being there before they opened. Told me I have to reschedule. Kicker is I called a week before and scheduled the appointment and they never gave a time just said “drop it off” and never said when. I’d give zero starts if I was able.

One of the best priced places for auto service! If tires need to be ordered, they come as soon as next day, and at most two days depending on the supplier. Customer service is fantastic!
