Washed my truck for $5.00 they charged my card 10

Washed my car in the do it yourself lane, didn't have enough cash to rinse the soap off. I used my card and it was only 2.00 and the car wash charged me 10.00. I won't be going there again!

tried to vacuum out my car at two different vacuums, both of them ate my quarters and didn’t turn on. not cool and now im out 2 bucks

This is one of the worst kept car washes I've ever been to. Just moved to Caldwell and was looking for a place to wash my pride and joy lifted f150. About 3 weeks ago I went there to wash the salt off my truck and clean my super dirty tires. At the time neither the tire cleaner, pre m-wash or multi color foam options worked. I was pretty upset considering I just pumped $20 into this machine and I noticed a gentleman emptying the trash cans so I approached him and told him about the issue and his only response was he would tell maintenance, no resolution to my wasted money. Today, I really needed a wash and decided to give them another try 100% expecting the issues were just temporary and would be fixed by now. The automatic car wash at 9:40 pm on the 7th of June just stopped halfway through the wash left my truck soapy and I paid for the deluxe wash but got less then a standard! I didn't even move my truck or anything extremely dissapointed
