Family Traditions Care

I am giving Family Traditions Care - (8402 Roan Ln Austin Tx) 5 Minus Stars. This home care is very disfuntional, unorganized and the not safe, the floors have boards sticking out which it looks like a accident waiting to happen. I was not notified of my husband's fall that injuried his ribs on Dec 25, 2025 and Hospice was never called for them to come see his ribs. He was in pain and for some unknown reason he locked out the Spanish speaking (she doesn't speak Engish) but works the night shift there with the demencia patients. With all my many questions I ask them for his fall, injuring his ribs and why he locked out the spanish lady on the night shift. I never was given a truthful answered. They charged me $3,000 for a deposit which is exceiting to hold a bed and for their lack of qualit

I was thinking of bringing my grandpa Jim for a tour but decided to check it out myself first. Warm & welcoming environment. The prices aren't bad either! When you walk in, you can just feel the genuineness from the staff & how they're choosing to run their facility. Def will be coming back soon

Very clean and friendly environment. VERY GOOD prices!! For the service they provide I was shocked to see their prices. Beds won’t be empty forever. Definitely worth a tour!
