Famous Quick Lube #10

Famous Quick Lube did an excellent job with changing my oil. I asked for synthetic blend oil and I received synthetic oil blend. Sometimes, you can tell a person one thing but they end up doing what’s recommended not what you ask. Thats a plus because it means they listen to their customers. He suggested high mileage synthetic blend because my vehicle is older. I came there originally because my vehicle was reading “low oil pressure.”The technician was very versed in mechanical issues and he informed us that it could be an oil sensor switch. We have been to several places to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle and spending hundreds of dollars.About $89 later with only an oil change and diagnosed problem which an auto shop couldn’t figure out. I got a fast and affordable oil change this morning and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Let's be real, any automotive establishment you go to can give you an oil change. The 2 gentlemen who took care of my vehicle provided such amazing customer service that I will be going here for all of my future oil changes and will be recommending them to all of my friends and family. I went in for service engine light on, those guys changed oil, filters, and did everything in a professional manner. The light is off. They helped me understand what was going on. All in a timely manner and price was reasonable. Love famous Quick Lube.

My experience was very good. It always is. I stopped to get a price. I was given the price and I had my oil changed. I was given the suggested additional recommendations for other services which I needed to wait to have done. No pressure at all. In and out in just a few minutes.
