They removed my transmission, took my spare one to another shop to have upgraded gears installed, and then handled the full installation of the new transmission flawlessly. On top of that, they installed my coilovers, got the car professionally dyno-tuned, and even made sure it was aligned before giving it back to me. Their communication, attention to detail, and dedication to doing things the right way is unreal. The car drives better than it ever has, and you can tell they truly care about the quality of their work. If you want a shop that treats your build like their own, this is the place. I am in the middle of my 4th C-10 Frame off Build. Wanted to try a LS swap this time so I was scrolling throughout Marketplace for 5.3s & 6.0 Gen 3 LS for me to rebuild…..I have only rebuilt SBC. LS would be new to me. Wanted a simple rebuild 5.3. LS with a few upgrades. Reached out for a good used starting point….never thought they would be doing the engine tare down/rebuild estimates. Owner contacted me and suggested we sit down and have a chat about what I wanted ….damn what I wanted…not what a salesmen wanted to sell me. He would find what I wanted…which turned out was on site in reasonable quantity. There was something in his voice that made me leave my family vacation and drive quite a bit to sit down with him. Rich and his team replaced a thermostat on my 04 Silverado and when I made it home in which I live in Lakewood which is about 1hour away from his shop.I smelt antifreeze and realized the thermostat housing was leaking.Called Rich up and explained to him the situation.And he said no problem I will take care of it and said I will come to your house and take care of it for you.Not many shop owners will come to your house and fix a problem like that.2 days later my truck was fixed it’s a pleasure doing business with a shop that has this kind of customer service.Thank you again to Rich and his team would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
