K & N Transmission & Auto Repairs

I always bring my car to K & N when I need work done. I’ll be honest, sometimes there’s a short wait to get in, but it’s absolutely worth it. They don’t overcharge, they explain what’s going on in a way that actually makes sense, even if you don’t speak “mechanic” 😹 Fred is especially kind and helpful. I never feel talked down to or made to feel dumb for not knowing exactly what’s wrong with my car, which is huge. Some places have really made me feel unwelcome when I’ve brought my car in for repair, but K & N feels welcoming and not intimidating like some other auto places can be. Once you’re in, they work fast and clearly know what they’re doing. I’ve had basic oil changes and tire issues fixed here. Honest mechanic. Worth the wait. Reasonable price. Welcoming environment. Highly recomm

Well first off I’m happy that they got my truck started I’m not happy that the didn’t set the timing plug n also TRUCK was pinging wasn’t doing that before well got tired of hearing it so I did some research n go under the hood and SAW they blocked off the EGR vacuum line with a screw!!! Started back up running great sounds great n no more pinging REALLY UPSET ABOUT THIS!!!

Well, my previous five stars had to be knocked down a notch. I certainly wish Keith a great retirement.! I told him once that he could never be replaced because his knowledge is absolutely unbelievable. Not so great that on my first visit Post-Keith l felt that I was overcharged. I won’t overreact, and will give Fred another try…

Brought my truck in for a few repairs. Fred was honest, thorough, and quick in diagnosing and repairing the issues. Will definitely be going to them in the future.
