Renters Insurance Review – Our Experience with Farm Bureau & Agent Brooke Short I cannot speak highly enough about Farm Bureau and their outstanding level of customer service. I would like to specifically highlight our agent, Brooke Short, because she became our lifeline during one of the most overwhelming times of our lives. My wife and I have rented at the same location for over three years—always paid on time, respectful of the property, and never had any issues. This year, after signing our renewal as usual, we were suddenly informed that we had 30 days to vacate because the property was being sold. This came after being invited to re-sign the lease, and the timing could not have been worse. We found out: • Two days before I was scheduled to take a major licensing exam • Eight days

I have been with Farm Bureau for 34 years, and I have never been so disappointed. We had multiple vehicles, life insurance, home owners insurance, and a camper added on, but for the past year our rates tripled. I called my local agent several times only to be told “everything’s going up”. I even dropped some of my coverage and raised my deductible and instead of it going down, it went up $200 😡 My loyalty ends here. I’m going with All State. I’ll have the same coverage I had with Farm Bureau, but it will be $600 less every six months. Thank you All State. Good bye Farm Bureau 👋👋

Every morsel of each dish was perfectly crafted. The mussels and the Caesar salad are highly recommended. Service was the best I've experienced in ages. Lunch for four with three of us having a glass of wine or a cocktail was $220 with tip, so plan accordingly.
