RUN AWAY! Every minute we had insurance with this company / office was a nightmare!! From dragging us into the office on a Saturday (un-necessarily) then not showing up!!! to receiving multiple cancelations because they were obviously not in sync with corporate office, this company has caused us EXTREME aggravation! We continued to get our home owner's insurance money sent to us as a refund, and then we had to turn around and send it to our financer, and jump through hoops to have it added to our escrow; all because they couldn't get the electronic signing correct. THEN, after I canceled, they tried to seek another month of insurance with them, and then turned us into collection for the amount! I had called and canceled ALL insurance with them before the next billing date, AND had other in
