Farnsworth Camping Center

As new campers and camper owners, the entire staff came through in our time of need despite being very busy. We bought a camper from (unfortunately) another vendor from Michigan at the Hershey show. That vendor never prepped the camper and just dropped it off. Gary and his staff worked with us and the vendor on resolving all these issues including proper registration, identifying brake issues, inspection and a thorough prep/orientation with us. They also set up our electronic brakes, hitch and sway unit. So excited about doing future business with them. Very professional! Thank you!

We had Farnsworth Camping Center, Elysburg , do some work on our camper after we had a blowout that caused significant damage back in July. We had them look over it to make sure it was safe to use, without causing more damage & do some light maintenance work. The service work was terrible. My husband called to talk to them after they did the maintenance work in July. He was assured that when we took the camper back out for the repairs from the blowout, they would make everything right…they did not stand by their word. They did not fix the moisture barrier under the camper, just added another piece of tape to what my husband did, to keep the moisture out, and while the skirting doesn’t look bad, they used multiple different color screws while reattaching. They also didn’t clean the sealant

Just had a storm-caused problem. They sent a tech out in no time and fixed the problem for us. Incredible service!

Saved my bacon - literally. Pulled into camp on a Friday afternoon to find squirrels chewed holes in my LP gas line. Bright and early Saturday morning they had the replacement hose I needed to cook breakfast.

More expensive than other RV stores. They don't take debit cards, and there's a charge for using a credit card. So those of us who carry little cash are out of luck. The woman in charge was not very nice at all. Won't go back there.
