I brought my Subaru Forester here after an accident. I brought it to a different shop and they only fixed the cosmetic of the bumper that wasn't OEM. I knew the parking sensors were broken but they failed to listen to my concern. I left very frustrated and wanted to take it a certified Subaru repair shop, which is how I found Farrish Fairfax Auto Body. I worked with Gary who listened to my situation and understood what the issue was and worked with the insurance to make sure we can get my vehicle fixed. He explained each step of the process and helped me figure out how to fill the gap for portions of the cost that insurance wouldn't be covering. I brought my car in after getting in a fender bender and this shop was amazing!! They took the time to assess the damage properly and fixed it up rather fast, giving updates along the way so I knew what the timeline was looking like. Got my car back in great shape and they even gave it a good wash. The entire staff was extremely helpful and communicative, I would highly recommend bringing your damaged car here if you want stellar service.

Took my Jeep in after being rear-ended and I felt very comfortable with my car in their care. The repairs took longer than anticipated as we waited on the insurance company to get back to them on covering repair costs but as soon as that was squared away, they got to work. Seeing your car damaged can be nerve-wracking since you don't know if your car will get repaired properly. However, this body shop has been nothing but fantastic and exceptional to deal with. We've had two of our vehicles come here for repair, and I specifically picked this shop since it is Subaru-certified. Alicia was very quick to respond to any questions, schedule an appointment, and was very helpful in guiding me to get a rental car through Enterprise. Chris was extremely helpful and always continuously updated me on the status of my vehicle's repair.
