Farrish Subaru Service Center

Awful experience. They are quick to take care of you if you’re doing any out of pocket service, but forget about having any warranty work done here. I waited 3 weeks for them to order a part for a warranty repair request. The service advisor never proactively reached out during that time to provide me with updates. I had to call myself twice and email once to get any response and even then I was told to keep waiting with no real timeframe. Finally had enough of being strung along and canceled the repair. I will be using another more competent Subaru service center, and never give Farrish another cent in the future.

I recently brought my vehicle to the Farrish Subaru Service Center at 10407 Fairfax Blvd, Fairfax, VA 22030, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I arrived, the team was welcoming and professional, but I especially want to highlight Tony for his exceptional customer care. Tony took the time to thoroughly explain the service process, what my car needed, and answered all of my questions with patience and honesty. He kept me updated throughout the day, so I never felt left in the dark or unsure about what was happening with my vehicle. It’s rare these days to find someone who truly cares about both the customer and the quality of work being done, but Tony went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. This is the best Subaru Service Center I have ever been to! The staff are incredibly kind and very knowledgeable about vehicles issues and repairs, especially Mr. Aaron Brown! They have been very helpful in fixing some common known-issues with my Subaru. Will always be returning to this service center for my car’s needs!

Subaru Farish Fairfax was a great place to service my Subatu outback 2008 with them. The staff very helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Very responsive. They even did a bunch of repairs in my car for free just because i took my car for service with them.

I arrived on time for my appointment and while I waited, they did an oil change, filter change, tire rotation, and 16 point inspection all in 45 minutes. I was very pleased with their promptness and courtesy.
