Called in was given a price for my window but once I went to pick up my truck the price jumped 100 bucks and when I questioned why it changed I got told in a rude tone that he said the final price on the phone which he didn’t if I would have known what the actual price was I would have went somewhere else

Got an AI "assistant", was told I might have the wrong number because I asked for a quote on a windshield. Will go elsewhere. Some place that has an ACTUAL human to speak to.

Had a rear window brake in one of my pick ups and needed a special order window to get it replaced ASAP. Fast brake auto glass ordered the window and had it delivered quickly and had it replaced in no time. Unfortunately, there was an issue with that window and I contacted them and they took care of it immediately.extremely happy with their customer service and will be utilizing them again.
