Couldn’t fix my A/C after more than one time. Spent a lot of money just to pick it up the first time and it was blowing hot air. Second time it worked for an hour. Third time it barely went a year. Have had other bad experiences and unsatisfactory work completed. I will not go back after 10+ years of going.

I truly hate to leave a bad review, however, I would be remiss if I did not warn the public of my particular experience. We just moved here from Southeastern Idaho and I called about having the wheel bearings replaced on my wife’s car. Our ASE Certified mechanic from Southeastern Idaho had purchased our parts from NAPA before we moved but we were not able to get them installed before we had to relocate. I called this shop to inquire about having them install the parts and was immediately informed that they do not permit customers to bring in their own parts. The person on the phone claimed this was because of (1) liability issues and (2) issues of warranty coverage. The proffered excuses were bogus (more on that in a second).
