They got my cars timing belt job and trucks water pump in quick, let me inspect the work and old parts, and got it done relatively quickly. They even noticed a missing cover on my car the competition failed to notice that was allowing mud into the belt and caused the issue in the first place. New Ownership is good. Reminds me of when Jim owned it. I will start going back.

Its not to often I find another shop that is upfront and honest any more. They treated me right when they could've bent me over the barrel. Would definitely use them again.

We purchased a pickup in St. Marie’s and were driving over 4 hours to get it. I called Jim’s auto to see if they could squeeze in a vehicle inspection before we drove all that way. Scheduled an appointment for repairs on my ‘99 Ford 350 Econoline Van. My transmission shifter column was broken and not working properly. Spoke with Becca about the problem and solutions to repair the problem. She even came outside to review the problem to communicate with the mechanics the severity of gear selection. Dropped the Van off and that afternoon she called backed to tell me what the mechanic had discovered and their plan of resolving the issues. Had a starter go out in my pickup just before we were to leave for vacation. Called Monday afternoon and asked if the could fit it in before Wednesday. They said they could do it Tuesday afternoon. Very pleased with the service and prices. I highly recommend them👍👍
