Caleb sold me the Malibu, and we had a bit of an issue with the transmission. A few other things came up as well. I went back and spoke with Frank and the warranty department, and I was assured everything would be handled. They replaced the transmission and fixed the other issues. I highly recommend them they were honest and great to work with.

Lack of communication with Hannah in warranty department. I've been doing majority of the calling myself. Being told 5 different things, two shops and 20 days later, still no truck. My truck has been in the shop longer than what I had it. Everything else was great. Please work on that warranty department.

My sells guy was great. But I got sick ran into some financial problems got behind on my car not it came up to 1000 dollars and I hit them up to make a payment on my standard amount on my car note and pay every week until it get up to current. They tell me no they want me to pay 800 dollars because the car is up for repo. Mind u it’s not in there procession. Still and then they turn my online payment off. Then they tell me they did that because my car is up for repo. They are horrible when it comes to making payments they they said that I can’t make partial payments. So I said show me on my contract where it says that. Then the lady tells me it’s going to take. 24 hours for that to be sent over to me and mind u I have my contract in hand and doesn’t say anything like that. Horrible custome
