As a repeat customer, I cannot recommend this shop enough! The owners and their employees are honest/trustworthy, hard-working, and professional individuals. They are insanely fast with repairs and getting your vehicle in and out for as reasonable amount of cost and time spent as possible. My mom and I both take our BMW’s here and we will not take our vehicles anywhere else after the care and professionalism we have been treated with and experienced each and every time. If I am going to get bad news about my vehicle, I’d always prefer it come from them than anyone else bc I genuinely trust them to do the job right and for as affordable as can be, especially with BMW’s. So grateful and happy to recommend F.A.S.T. And consider them as my favorite, most trusted, and efficient local mechanic

Have to leave one star, unfortunately. I was quoted a price of about $2-2.5 k to do a crate engine replacement in my 86 vanagon--when it came time to pay, it was $4k. I pay it. Then I find out they put 1.5 quarts too much oil in it, and on the drive home I'm seeing smoke out the brand new engine. I fix the oil. Then after a few thousand miles I'm hearing my power steering pump screaming. Turns out they removed the proper (expensive) hydraulic hose that was attached to it by the rebuilder and attached a cheap rubber coolant hose. The power steering fluid disolved the rubber and made a kink in a spot which blocked the flow. I had to flush the entire system and purchase the very expensive hose to replace it. Around the same time the power steering went out last winter I see my engine

We have used FAST a few times now. They are a trusted automotive repair shop and each time have amazed us with timely and fair repair cost. My husband tends to repair most things on our vehicles but FAST is always in our back pocket and they come through and deliver when my husband can’t pull off the repair on his own. A very humble automotive shop with excellent diagnose and repair skills. Thank you!

0 stars! Went there for 4 years then the son started taking over and everything went to hell. Pay for full service and they "forget" to check fluids and other things you paid for and if you check their work and find a problem they say "everybody makes mistakes" or you're vehicle must have a leak or something trying to blame you for their negligence. It kept happening and I was told to stop whining. Very rude and condescending. There are enough shady mechanics in this world, now they are one too.

I recently had a stressful breakdown with my Mercedes while driving from Las Vegas, NV, to Kansas. Out of nowhere, I experienced an acceleration issue, and the engine light came on, leaving me stranded in Santa Fe, NM. I called the local Mercedes dealership first, but they couldn't even look at it until Thursday at the earliest—no help when you're in a bind thousands of miles from home. Desperate, I searched for alternatives and found Fast Foreign Auto Techs. I called, and Jim answered right away, calmly telling me to bring it in. I dropped off the car that morning, and by noon, Jim had diagnosed the problem. He explained everything clearly and said if the part was in stock, he could have it fixed the same day; otherwise, by Friday at the latest. True to his word, the repair was done quic
