Fast lane car wash

Friday January 20th 2023 stopped here to use automatic car wash. Paid for premium wash. Could here popping/banging noise after wash started. Saw part of fishing pole sticking out of side wash brush. Inspected car when done and driver's side scratched up. Talked with fireman across street and showed him damage. Called number on side of building. Talked with owner Terry Misner. He said he would get back to me. I called again on Tuesday the 24th and left message. Still no answer.

My own fault. 1st time stuck a $20 in last year. It didn't have any pressure. Was told i would get a refund. Nope. Went there this evening because it's close and convenient. Stuck a $20 in and wouldn't ya know it, no soap. Then the timer never beeped at 1 minute mark. So when it ends you have to deposit $2 to start, which i did not. Save your money. You think with all the cameras they have up they would see things not working correctly. Greedy.

They got new vacuums so I thought I’d give them a try. Took my $2 and won’t work or give me my money back.

The first vacuum I used didn't suck worth a damn. I finally found one that would actually vacuum. I was very disappointed.Ive used this car wash numerous times before I moved. But now that I've moved back I don't know if I will continue using it.
