Fast Lane Oil Change

Went there the other day for them to tell me they dont have my oil and I need to go buy it from auto zone no place had it, which is no big deal I went to my dealership to change it; however I just found out the technician here didn't put the dipstick back in correctly and left it off about a inch and it bursted oil all over the motor of my car I've only had a few months I would not go here ever again. They rush and make stupid mistakes any simple minded person should not be making.

Brought my Ram in today. My first time at this place and it was great. Everyone did a fantastic job and they will have my business for as long as I am in the area! Thank you!

The 1st time I went was better than the 2nd. At first they seemed to care along the 2nd they just treated me as a number. That kinda sucked.

How refreshing to receive such great customer service. I wish I'd gotten her name. After a hard day, she was very kind and cheerful and went the extra mile to wash my windshields and oil my doors. I left in a better mood than I arrived. Thank you!

Friendly technicians. Great value. Good service. No waiting room, but they they work quickly, and sitting in the car is apparently how most customers receive their service.
