First time using Penny. Very happy with their communication, service and fair pricing. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

This is where I take both our vehicles for service work. The do excellent work and their prices are fair. They never go over their quoted prices, in fact they are usually under their quoted prices. Their turn around on their work is very good. I highly recommend taking your vehicle there for repair work.

This place has helped me a fue time's when i couldn't figure out what was going on with my car. I can say they have dune me right fs. And if they couldn't figure it out. No charged me. Witch i don't feel like is fair to them.

I do not recommend this place. I saw many reviews about integrity, I don't think so. Spent $784 for brakes and wheel bearing. Drove 350 miles and brakes sezied and burnt. Cost me $535 to have them redone. Penny auto claims this can happen and will not give me any compensation. Not happy and recommend using someone else.

What a relief it was to find a reliable auto repair shop. Was able to get my car in the next day, and get it taken care of before noon. Some of the lowest prices around. Absolutely wonderful customer service! I will definitely use them from now on.
