Sam was amazing!!! First I did a dumb mistake drove off the edge of my drive with a Tesla. Of course scared about the battery pack but Sam was determined to save the car. He is a genius, and thought every angle before he executed. Bottom line he will be the tow truck expert for as long as he drives the truck!!!! Let that picture show you what I did

Fantastic service! My truck broke down and I had to leave my truck because I had an appointment. I have never just left my vehicle so I was apprehensive. I did not know the area so I just picked the drop off to be a repair shop close by. The Driver picked up my truck and called me to let me know he was at my truck and to confirm the address of the drop off location. I asked him if he knew any good mechanics in the area and he told me about a couple. I called one of the suggested and they answered right away and said they could help. So the driver took it to Eddie in Spring Branch. Eddie had my truck fixed the next day and only charged me 60.00 Wow! Now I have a new Mechanic to take my other vehicles to. Michael arrived very quickly, and was very friendly and professional. It was a complicated situation because my car is low, and parked in an inconvenient spot on a hill. Michael knew exactly what to do, and was prepared for that. I was very comfortable, and was not nervous. My car was handled with care, and arrived back to my home very fast. Although, I was in a different city, the pricing was great!!! The best I’ve seen. Michael turned a bad situation into a good one. Thanks for rescuing me Michael!!
