The brakes on my elderly mother's vehicle were failing, with the brake pedal going all the way to the floor when she pressed it. Romeo diagnosed the issue, had it fixed in less than 24 hours, and for the price he quoted. With the master cylinder now replaced, her brakes are working perfectly. His prices were fair too! The only way to enter less than one star is to not review at all. Which would be a disservice for potential customers looking for a shop to take care of their car or truck. I chose to take my wife's car to Rincon based on two factors. One being a local shop, and I prefer to do business locally whenever possible and support my community. (As I am a local small business owner also). Two, the google reviews. Which I am starting to wonder if these 5-star reviews were purchased for the sake of increasing their rating. I'm sure some probably had a good experience, and I am sure they are good mechanics.
