Fast Track Car Wash

I had a very disappointing experience here today. I pulled into one of the self-serve bays to rinse some light mud off my trailer — nothing excessive, just normal road mud. I put money in the machine and started washing. Before I even had a chance to finish, an employee approached me aggressively and started cussing at me about the mud. I calmly told him that once I was done washing my trailer, I would pull out and clean up the bay myself. Instead of handling it professionally, he said “we’ll see about that” and walked off. He came back a second time yelling and cussing again while I was still washing. I ignored him and continued. A few minutes later he returned trying to apologize, but the interaction had already escalated unnecessarily. About 30 seconds after walking away, he shut off

Came from out of town and needed to wash my car. Nice place. Accepts credit cards. The soap was very soapy and pressure was great. Cleaned the car great!

Love Fast Track! The touchless car Wash is awesome . All the vacuums are powerful and give you a good amount of time.

Was charged $16 for a $6 wash. When I called to inquire, I was told there was a sign posted near the reader that stated there would be a 3 day hold and then the $10 would be released. Obviously I didn't see this sign. The owner then blamed it on the Apex machine that processes the transaction. I was very calm and polite, but she was not and in fact she started yelling at me and telling me if I download the app I would not have this hold. Also, I guess you get what you pay for because after the wash only sprayed half my vehicle, I still had a bunch of dried grass stuck to my car.

Great price! And if you move quickly you can get your entire SUV done in 6 1/2 minutes!
