There really is easy to work with. Their customer service is amazing and there fast. They have enough drivers to get what they need done in a timrly manner. They are family oriented, I feel, and have a great understanding of your everyday needs. Everyone has a life, and i feel they make customers their priority. Best prices, outstanding parts, and great customer service. It didn't feel like your average parts store full of beginner mechanics. Everyone was kind and they were quick to respond. I will always start here from now on. I should also mention that it appeared as if they have a very large stock. In my situation I was searching for new brake pads, and every part store either didn't carry them or was giving me the wrong ones. Even the dealer didn't have them in stock and they were over $100 for 1 set of pads. I just so happend to get referred to fast undercar. They not only have my part buts it's less than every other place in town which blew me away when I saw the part because it looked the best and was indeed the part I needed.
