Did this car wash on Monday morning. It was a pretty nice day, and the car wash was just the thing to get. The general wash (16$ for the silver) did its job. The car was free of any dust and was very quick. My biggest complaint is that there aren't any towels at the stations outside, so you will have to bring your own if you want your car to be completely dry. There are giant puddles of water at each of the stations... But the vaccums function very well, there is an accommodation for your mats where you can clip them up to clean them. There are also pressurized air nozzles that you can use to get some of the moisture off.

4 car washes for $28/mo and I get all my cars washed. A 3 minute sensory experience that hits you with a fragrance mid-wash and takes you back to childhood when you imagined you were going lightspeed in the millenium falcon. Line moves quick and plenty of space available for self-vacuum.

I’m really becoming frustrated with this location. I pay for a monthly membership that specifically includes a pre-wash spray down before entering the tunnel. That’s part of the service I’m paying for. Unfortunately, getting them to actually perform that step feels like pulling teeth. Nearly every time I visit, I have to call out while I’m sitting in the wash bay because they’ve skipped it. I shouldn’t have to ask every single time for a service that’s already included in my membership. Even more frustrating, when I do ask, it’s inconsistent. If I’m lucky, they’ll spray one side, usually the side where the employee happens to be standing. Today, despite clearly asking for both sides to be sprayed, it wasn’t done at all. Absolutely a waste of $16 for the Silver Car wash. Mt car was still dirty. I was so excited to get a car wash on my new car because we take my husband's car here and its usually great. The girl didn't spray even half my car and I'm just very disappointed. The vacuums did work though, thankfully.

I had to go to this place in person to get accurate data on the "Family Plan" that is advertised on the company website. The way it is advertised on the website makes all the senses in the world and I was so excited that someone finally did what I thought was missing from the market for the longest time! an option for those who don't need everyday washes (unlimited) for one car and would be more than happy to pay the same $ amount to be able to wash 2 cars twice a month!
