FastGlass Windshield Repair & Replacement

What a great experience from start to finish. Cracked windshield right in my field of view while driving down from Illinois visiting my sister in Frisco for Christmas. Spoke with them while driving down they quoted a great price and they were even able to come out next day on Christmas Eve replacing my windshield in 30 minutes. James performed the replacement and what a great person to talk to while he worked, very personable, very professional. Great service guys! If I ever need a windshield again, I will make a road trip just to use them again. I picked this place based on reviews and being super close to my office. Had an appointment time set up for next day from noon to 4 pm. When that time passed & no one called or texted, I called and was told they were running behind but could come to my house that evening after 5:45 pm, so I agreed and again waited all evening. No one ever contacted me, no phone call stating they needed to reschedule. What an unprofessional way to do business! I don’t care if you’re running late or need to reschedule, but communication (text or call) would have been nice so I don’t waste my time waiting. Book this place at your own risk cause based on my experience, zero percent chance they show up. Even today, they never bothered to call or try to reschedule. James was amazing! I called on a Sunday, and after a few texts we were all set for Monday afternoon (yes - next day!) to replace my Suburban’s cracked windshield. James was fast, efficient, pleasant to communicate with, and so far so good on the new windshield!!

Sooo worth it to pay a little more for FastGlass service! My window regulator broke this morning and I couldn’t roll up my drivers side window. I picked up the part and was quoted a repair window between 12-3, with them coming to me, estimating half the labor time as the shop. James got here by 10:45 and had everything done within an hour, priced exactly as quoted. The easiest friendliest service and such a relief! You’re a hero, James!

Awesome work! Jenn was very proficient taking my old window off and the new one on, even went the extra mile and made sure all glass was cleaned up before he left. Plus it looks great!
