I came in because of warning lights and a shaky steering wheel during high-speed braking. I made an appointment, dropped off my car, and the team quickly diagnosed the main issue along with a few additional items. I approved some of the repairs and plan to address the others at a later date. The warning lights are gone, the steering wheel shake is completely resolved, and the car now drives much smoother. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Fastlane customer service is consistently excellent. Even though I only received an oil change this time, they always take the time to explain in detail what the car needs and clearly prioritize what should be addressed first. It’s always a great experience.

Needed some mechanical help and a front end alignment before we could safely drive 2.5 hours to home. Fastlane got us in promptly and fully readjusted the damage and realigned the cars front end. They also helped us pick a good tire place. Cost was very reasonable and they worked us in even though their shop was busy. Thanks Fastlane!

This started as a good experience and ended with a fair and reasonable charge for the service. I decided last minute to drop my car off after hours. I was seamlessly integrated by Nick after calling next morning 2 hours before my appointment. He told me what would happen and answered questions and they delivered car on time. Easy. Love it. I will use them again for my Infiniti.

I was recommended to this shop by a friend and the guys at this shop did not disappoint. They assessed my car and even sent me a video of one of the items they fixed. The guys listened well and explained the problem I was having. When I called, I spoke with Nick. He was very attentive and friendly. Also, I learned they are infinity specialists.
