Carlos and Alastair are very nice, and I think honest. Although they did not budge on the price, it was because the vehicle was already well-priced (based on my research). However, they were glad to complete some repairs, such as an upholstery scar and a missing bumper cap. I recommend that you feel comfortable working with these gentlemen.

I was urgently looking for an affordable car and just when we were about to give up for the day we found fast turn. Salesman Elijah helped us feel comfortable and explained every little detail of the car. I will recommend this dealership to family and friends.

I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee with only 23K miles, expecting a reliable vehicle—but it turned into a complete nightmare. Shortly after buying it, I had to spend over $3000 in repairs, despite the low mileage. To make things worse, the warranty they sold me was completely useless—they didn’t cover any of the repairs they promised they would. I didn’t end up purchasing a car due to some complications however Carlos was amazing in letting us know our options! He was kind; helped the process be very smooth, etc, he was amazing! However, the main manager of the store was really pushy. Didn’t feel like he wanted to work out what was best for us and let us know our options for us to see what was best for us, just seemed like he wanted us to buy the car and get out. Stringent in the way he was speaking, looked at us like we were a nuisance, didn’t help that it was women going to the dealership, felt like he was trying to take advantage of the fact we don’t know a whole lot about cars. Avoid talking to him if you can.

I’m very happy with my experience buying my Prius from Carlos and the whole team at FastRun. Everyone was kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Carlos — excellent service, 10 out of 10!
