I had my car fixed at the Bethlehem location after a winter accident, and Josh Baum "inherited" my repair. He could not have handled it any better. He was consistent in following up and keeping me in the loop about the weeks long repair. I never had to wonder what was happening or what timeline we were on. He even helped me with an issue that popped up several months after the repairs were complete. It would have been easier to brush me off, but he was willing to help, and contacted the insurance company to have the issue fixed. Once again, he kept in contact, followed-up, and had the issue fixed. He even called after the repair was finished to make sure everything went well. My point of contact person was Char. And when I say he was OUTSTANDING, that's an understatement!!!!!!!!! In a world where customers care appears to be disappearing, Char is a beacon of light. From weekly calls with updates, to him advocating on my behalf for the best parts for my vehicle! In all honesty, my car looks better than it did BEFORE the accident. I am beyond pleased and happy that I chose Faulkner.

I have suffered extensive car damage due a dude who impatiently missed the stop. After long stay the car looks BRAND new. I have a 2020 Ford Fusion Titanium. My car was broken into, and the body shop performed the insurance repairs. Got the car back and had a few little issues that were taken care of immediately. Eric, the manager, is super nice and helped me out. The paint ended up having some defects covered under warranty. The paint was sanded down and refinished to get rid of the defects. Got the car back, and it's full of swirls on the brand new paint. Swirls that were not there when I initially picked the vehicle up. The driver front door was the repair area, and they blended into the fender and back door. Both of those panels look great with no issues or swirls. The production manager at the front desk told me to go pound sand. He stated he is not going to do anything else for me and that I am being to
